Types of Parts CleanedOxygen Precision Cleaning
Our state-of-the-art clean room and laboratories were custom-built to meet the rigorous demands of oxygen precision cleaning. Every day we receive parts from all over the world. Each one goes through our meticulous cleaning process to ensure that they are meeting the customer's requested cleaning specifications.
Quality control is of utmost importance, and we’re uniquely equipped to provide the extra step of oxygen cleanliness verification (OCV) to quantifiably demonstrate and certify parts to customer-requested cleanliness specifications.
Oxygen Cleanliness Evaluation
We offer our unique oxygen cleanliness verification (OCV) as a standalone service for clients who wish to test the cleanliness of their own parts, components, and systems. WHA draws from industry-recognized standards that outline techniques such as solvent extraction, gravimetric analysis, and particle counting/sizing to quantify cleanliness levels.
We can analyze your components and equipment in our laboratory or travel to your facilities to provide on-site contamination analysis. Identifying contamination sources is critical to ensuring and maintaining cleanliness. We use tools such as contamination mapping and material characterization to help locate contamination sources.
Process Review And Consulting
Our engineering staff offers both remote and on-site process review and consulting services. We’re happy to share our research and experience with you and can provide guidance on your process development and cleaning agent selection.
Our consulting services often go hand-in-hand with specialized training packages, equipping your team with the latest information and best practices in oxygen cleaning.
