How do I pay my invoice?
You can pay an invoice online here. Just input your invoice number and amount and proceed with the electronic payment. You may also pay by wire transfer or by check by contacting us for details.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we do. A PO (or full payment via our link, Pay an Invoice) is required prior to starting project work. If your company requires direct invoicing, please contact us here.
How do I get a copy of your W-9?
We would be happy to send you a copy of our W-9 when you contact us here.
Where is WHA located?
Our company offices, Training Center, Test Facility, and Proving Grounds are all located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, which is the southwestern part of the United States. Please see our Visitor’s Guide for detailed information or see our address on Google Maps.

How do I go about shipping evidence or test articles to you?
You will need to contact us via phone or email in order to create a project. We will then email you a project number and Cost Estimate. When you send the test articles, please include the project number. Your company will pay all shipping charges.
How do I get my email through to you when it seems to be blocked?
Please send us a copy of the error message through our Contact Us form. Once received, we will whitelist your server and contact you. Please include your phone number.
How do I send you files that are too large for email?
You can contact us or your WHA representative to request access to our FTP server.
How can I unsubscribe from your emails?
All emails have a SafeUnsubscribe link at the bottom. You can be instantly removed by clicking that link. If you would like to update your email address, update your profile or change preferences, please use the link next to the SafeUnsubscribe link at the bottom of your email.
How do I report that your website looks like it's broken?
Please contact us to let us know if you find something that looks out of place.
How do I see your website on my mobile device?
This website is fully “responsive,” meaning that all content should automatically scale for readability on mobile and tablet devices. Please contact us if you experience any difficulties.
How do I use your learning management system, Moodle?
All our eTraining demonstrations and courses are available at training.wha-international.com.
How do I schedule a trainging course?
Please contact us via phone or email to discuss your training needs and schedule, or browse the courses in our catalog and register for one of our remote or in-person training events.
What are my payment options for purchasing a course?
For our eTraining options, you can pay with a credit card. For OnSite or InHouse courses, you can pay via wire transfer, check, or credit card.
