Our state-of-the-art clean room and laboratories were custom-built to meet the rigorous demands of oxygen precision cleaning. Every day we receive parts from all over the world. Each one goes through our meticulous cleaning process to ensure they meet the customer's requested cleaning specifications.
Our engineers are heavily involved in the creation of international oxygen cleaning standards, and WHA represents the technical contact for ASTM G93 (Standard Practice for Cleaning Methods and Cleanliness Levels for Material and Equipment Used in Oxygen-Enriched Environments).
Our Capabilities
WHA’s standard cleaning process consists of intake part inspection, pre-cleaning (if necessary), and precision cleaning via various wash and rinse stations involving ultrasonic baths, recirculating baths, detergent, and purified water. Once washed and rinsed, parts are dried and purged before placement into certified-clean primary and secondary bags. Our cleaning process can be customized by working with customers to meet specific needs, such as adjusting for material compatibility requirements or unique part geometries or sizes.
WHA can meet oxygen cleaning specifications in standards such as ISO 15001, ASTM G93, EIGA 33/06, CGA 4.1, MIL-1330D, SAE ARP1176, and more based on customer request.
